In the one blinded post-laser study, objective wrinkle and skin-quality measures did not differ between groups; only questionnaire-reported skin quality did. The other cosmetic studies are small and few, and reviews describe the evidence as preliminary.
Rabbit wound studies reported improved healing. No controlled human wound trial is in the record.
In a rat model of ACL reconstruction, healing improved only transiently. No human data.
The human evidence concerns topical use. No controlled human trial of injected GHK-Cu was found.
Each bar is a claim made about GHK-Cu, and the length of the bar is the rung of evidence it reaches. The top rung stays empty when nothing reaches it.

Bars are drawn only from the claims and verdicts held in the reviewed record, and no bar is drawn above the rung the record supports.
